Melodious Thunk
"Melodious Thunk" - the nickname given to Thelonious Sphere Monk by his wife, Nellie. The arrangement, produced with a nod to a Monk classic, "Epistrophy", features an acoustic piano head followed by two baritone saxophone choruses. And, like so many Monk tunes, the song ends in a cliff-hanger.
